of money, you are likely to get 2 to 3 times
living space of average hotel and motel units.
While we are not operating at the low end of the market and offering the lowest prices, we trust we
provide our guests the best value for accommodation in Christchurch.
Some other apartments in town do offer lower rates, but they are mainly for students. Guests may have
to share entrance, lifts, kitchens, TVs or even bathrooms with hundreds of students in a building.
When comparing pricing, parking, internet and telephone costs may also make big difference.

Each extra person $20 per night. Additional charges may apply to certain payment methods. Rack rates for 1-bdr and 2-bdr executive, 1-bdr and 2-bdr seaview and Penthouse apartments are $170, $200, $200, $230 and $250 per night for 2 persons, respectively. All rates shown are subject to change without notice.
Group (>10) rates: $30 to $70 per person per night depending on seasons and configurations. Corporate and long term rates available.
